Thank you, Itok

I sat down Friday morning to post the previous two posts I just added this morning and my computer was unresponsive. Completely dead other than to give me a win32 message. So after checking with one of my old students (computer whiz), he suggested I call Geek Squad to come in and look at it. They were scheduled for Monday. But on Sunday, my awesome bro-in-law said that he could take a look at it and give it a shot. After 3ish hours or so, he couldn't do anything either. But I had cancelled Geek Squad at that time. SO! Monday morning I called Comcast and told them very nicely, of course, that their new Norton virus system wasn't working and now my computer wasn't either! They referred me to their fix-it company, Itok.

To make this long story short, the amazing techs at Itok worked on my computer from Monday morning about 10 a.m. until last night about midnight.... straight through. I was on the phone with their techs so much the past few days, I'm not sure I shouldn't be dating them at this point! My os was infected, along with IE 8. They removed over 13 gigs of virus, when all was said and done. Uninstalled, deep cleaned, reinstalled pretty much everything! And all without losing any personal data. They were fantastic! So if you need computer help, call them!
